Gemma, looking back on
her childhood, recalled that, “As soon as I used to get home from
school, I used to go straight to my room and on my knees I would
recite the fifteen mysteries of the Rosary, and many times in the
night I would pray for about a quarter of an hour to ask God that
he would protect my poor soul.” |
